Please accept my congratulations on the successful launch of Partnerships for Excellence in Education, Research, and Service, also known as Global PEERS.  I want you to know that my thoughts are with you as you celebrate “An Evening to Remember”….

I have admired your good work as an AIDS educator at the Medical College of Wisconsin and as a volunteer.  You have been an essential resource in the greater Milwaukee community as a liaison between educators, clinicians, and researchers in the fight against AIDS.  Your ongoing advocacy for and participation on local, statewide, and national task forces and workgroups is much appreciated.

I am especially pleased that you have decided to share your training and expertise with the global community.  By developing and implementing training partnerships with care givers and researchers around the world, we are moving ever closer to solving the AIDS riddle, and finding a cure that will benefit all people.

My staff and I are pleased and proud to have been of assistance to you and Global PEERS as you embark on this new challenge.  Please know that I will continue to support your future efforts.

Again, congratulations to you and Global PEERS, and I wish you all the best for “An Evening to Remember” and all future endeavors.
