Terrance G. Brennan  MPH, Executive Director Global Peers

Dear Mr. Brennan,

Congratulations on the launch of Global Peers.   Your steadfast commitment to the vision of partners working across regions, even oceans to improve the quality of life for all people is an inspiration.  As long ago as 7 years, when we both worked with the Milwaukee International Health Training Consortium, you had in mind an organization that could assemble top quality practitioners, researchers, and teachers for the purpose of addressing the challenges presented by HIV and AIDS and related diseases that have afflicted our fellow world citizens in Africa.

As Co-director of the NCUSAR, Gulf States Committee, I am ready to consult or collaborate on issues/projects of mutual interest especially those that build skills and support institutions of education including health education.

International organizations such as Global Peers and National Council on US/Arab Relations contribute through their work and example, to the development of civil society, which is essential for creating vibrant societies worldwide where all peoples can thrive.

Again, congratulations and all the best to Global Peers.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth A. Elliott PhD

Co-Director, Gulf States Committee
