Global Partnerships for Excellence in Education, Research, and Service (Global PEERS) is a non-profit organization designated by the US IRS as a 501(c) 3 organization.  The directors, advisors, consultants, and leadership include representatives from healthcare, education, public health, as well as people living with HIV/AIDS.

We need your help...

Global PEERS has operated for the last few years entirely with voluntary efforts and the support of a few donors who contributed much needed maintenance support for office, communications, and related expenses.  While the First Partners Initiative holds great promise, legitimate international partnerships require face to face meetings in the US, East Africa, and with other efforts to reduce duplication and increase the efficacy of our work.

Specifically, support is needed to attract and support professional leadership in management, operations, travel, and coordination of activities with partner sites.

Additional support is needed for training of local opinion leaders and development of multicultural resources, continuing education series for health professionals both here and abroad, infrastructure and scholarship support along a continuum both here and overseas, and funding to create lasting internet linkages to facilitate communication across the 'digital divide' for the betterment of all concerned.

Individuals willing to donate support are asked to send check, money order, or other contributions to:
