I want to congratulate you on your upcoming meeting and offer my expression of support for Global PEERS.  This work is a wonderful extension of the work you did as our Wisconsin Site Director here at MATEC.  I am very impressed that you have been able to extend your reach to include many international areas.  Given the current state of the epidemic this work is critical and you have continued to assemble and impressive team and group of supporters.

Your participation in MATEC really sets the stage for this project.  In particular, your work helping translate treatment adherence information into educational programs is extremely relevant to current work and your participation on the national MATEP adherence initiative was very productive.  I would also like to recognize your perseverance in the development of Global PEERS, which is not paying off as you move from the planning to the implementation stages.  As our work has also increasingly included international connections I know we will continue to be partners for a long future.

My thoughts and good wishes are with you.

Sincerely,

Nathan L. Linsk, PhD, Professor

Principal Investigator, Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center
